This project required selective demolition of interior walls, floors and ceilings. Alterations were made to the existing sprinkler plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems to conform to the new layout. In addition, interior remodeling of a portion of the existing building were made. From all of these renovations, members of the senior center community were provided with a comfortable and eye appealing area to relax and enjoy their time. Employees were provided with a comfortable and functional office space to conduct their day-to-day business.
