KBA provided OPM services for the construction of this new building geared for students in grades pre-kindergarten through 5. Services included the oversight and management of project procurements, feasibility study, enrollment study, design, MSBA grant application, contractor prequalification and bid, budget and schedule management and daily construction management. During the construction, 90% of all waste and debris resulting from the work was recycled. Building design also incorporated sustainable elements including a reclaim water system, reflective roofing, day lighting classrooms and solar wall heating components.
