The Fall River Housing Authority is a public agency created in 1938 in order to provide affordable housing for lower income individuals throughout Fall River. KBA provided Architectural services to one of its buildings, Barresi Heights, that were required for the building to become a federally funded property. The work done included paved parking lots and concrete walkways, demolition, new metal railing at balconies and balcony repairs, new accessible bathrooms in the Community Room and minor interior layout changes.
