COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS

Countrywide Home Loans, one of the nation's leading mortgage brokers, answered the surge in home ownership with an aggressive expansion. This including a large processing center just outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Countrywide tapped KBA Architects to design a retrofit of an existing office building to accommodate their specific needs. Our task included a floor plan that encouraged interaction between departments, and incorporated a fully wired infrastructure. The result was a wonderfully functional building that is helping Countrywide keep up with the growing demand for home loans.
